Not in love with your order? No worries, we've got you. She Rare accepts returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

Return Requirements

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Original tags must be attached
  • No makeup, deodorant stains, or fragrance on garments
  • Items must not be listed as FINAL SALE

Good to Know

  • Choose store credit and return shipping is free
  • Damaged, defective, or wrong item? Email us a photo within 72 hours and it's always covered, even on final sale
  • Include your order number (like #1125) so we can find your order fast
  • We reply within 1 to 2 business days. Check your spam folder if you don't see us
