Return Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return or exchange.
📝 Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in their original condition
- With tags still attached (if applicable)
- Free from scents, deodorant marks, or any visible wear
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
📦 How to Start a Return
Submit a return request using the Return Request Form located in the footer of our website. If your return is accepted, you’ll receive a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your item.
Note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items
- Accessories (jewelry, handbags, sunglasses, hats)
- Bodysuits or items with built-in undergarments
- Swimwear and lingerie
- Items marked FINAL SALE or from the “She Rare Deals” section
- Gift cards
💥 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us immediately so we can resolve the issue quickly. Be sure to include photos and your order number.
🔁 Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, return the original item for store credit or refund, and place a new order separately.
💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. If so, it will be automatically issued to your original payment method.
Note: It may take a few business days for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.
